On Tuesday, June 10th, the Culver City High School (CCHS) Scholarship Committee handed out over 200 scholarships last night – and the pool of students was impressive.
The Culver City Historical Society awarded scholarships to two great graduating seniors: Luke Gaynor and Justin Pouncey. Both have been very involved in the CCHS school community – from sports to school government, etc. and were very deserving and appreciative.
Luke is off to UC Davis to study History and Spanish, and Justin is off to Penn State.
Hope Parrish and Michele Lachoff read through a lot of applications – and quickly agreed that these were our picks for this year.
