At the Wednesday, January 16, 2019 Annual Business Meeting and General Membership Program, all Society members will vote to ratify the operating budget for the new calendar year, along with revisions to the Society’s by-laws. The By-Laws Committee has recommended to add the ability for the Executive Committee to call for voting via e-mail in extenuating circumstances (Article III, Section 7).
